Welcome to Your Meditation Library
Short, simple tracks to help you ground, clear, and reconnect – in the middle of a real day.
Â
This library is for the moments when your chest is tight, your mind is busy, and you know you need a reset but don’t have an hour to disappear.
Each meditation is around 4–5 minutes and focuses on one thing at a time – intuition, protection, cleansing, or going within. You don’t have to “meditate perfectly.” You just have to press play and let your system catch up.
Use these as your on-the-go nervous system toolkit:
- Before a big conversation
- After a draining day
- When you feel heavy and can’t name why
- When you want to trust yourself more but your head is loud
Save the ones that land. Build your own little pocket of calm you can carry with you, and come back to as often as you need.
Meditation for Trust & Inner Confidence
A quick reset to turn down self-doubt and reconnect with the part of you that actually trusts your own decisions.
Best for when:
You’re second-guessing yourself, replaying conversations, or feeling wobbly before you take a step forward.
Trusting Your Inner Voice – Meditation
A 4–5 minute drop-in to turn down everyone else’s opinions and turn up your own inner voice, so decisions feel clearer and more you.
Best for when:
You’re craving a sign, second-guessing every option, or struggling to tell the difference between fear, overthinking, and your actual intuition.
Grounding Meditation Before Your Soul Letter
A 4–5 minute grounding to bring you out of your head and into your body, so you can write your Soul Letter from truth, not tension.
Best for when:
You’re about to write a Soul Letter and feel scattered, emotional, or unsure where to start.
Meditation for Releasing Old Patterns
A short guided release to help you let go of the old stories, reactions, and habits that keep pulling you back into the same cycles.
Best for when:
You catch yourself repeating the same pattern again, feel frustrated with your own behaviour, and are ready to start choosing something different.
Stop, Breathe and Listen Meditation
This short mindfulness meditation is designed to help you pause, slow your breathing, and create space to notice what’s really happening internally.
There’s nothing to fix and nothing to solve here — just an opportunity to step out of urgency and reconnect with yourself.
This meditation pairs beautifully with the When You Know You Want Change eBook and supports awareness, clarity, and perspective before action.
Where Your Focus Is Going
This February meditation supports the e-book Where Is Your Focus Going.
Use it when your mind feels scattered or when you’re ready to realign with what matters most.
